Graphic settings resetting and some other issues.

Hello....i bought this game about a week ago and everything is not okay ....UT Division Rivals players barely move ....player switching is very slow....fps just drops ....if i change my Display settings or Graphic settings ....they just Change back to whatever they like....but everything elsewhere works fine only problem is playing online
