Guatlet objective problem

When I play Guatlet mode- to be specific(guatlet ultimate8)and I do the objective of score at least 1 goal in 12 separate games, you dont give me my rewards and im kicked out to the main menu(even not to the ultimate team) and I don't get my rewards, maybe the problem is only in my account, I don't know, but please fix it soon cause the objective is until tomorrow...
