Having the same problem. Reported it on here as have others and heard nothing.

At least have someone replying to me now, I suggest doing the same. Taking time getting them to realise what I'm talking about though. First response I got was "We have looked into this and can see you are entitled to no further rewards".

The same is happening with Mathaus and Gullit in season 4, and Fernando Torres in previous seasons. EA is not answering, or they fix it soon, or they will reimburse our money back for breaching the legal contract.
El problema es que solo somos 4 reportando el Bug, no sé que más se deba hacer para que hagan caso, si decides empezar alguna reclamación acerca del contrato cuenta conmigo.
He comentado en otros posts similares y creo que en total seremos unos 80-100 usuarios que han reportado el problema. También he enviado un mail a soporte un poco más serio y a ver qué contestan, pero está claro que si al final no se soluciona se debería venir reembolso asegurado. Estás pagando por un producto que no te han servido.

same here. I completed the entire season 4 and Gullit and Matthaus are still locked
After New Season Pass they are gone completely. Not even Locked.
Still no update or word
