hack or bug? cant controle the players

Hello, 

is not the first time that appears on my matches, suddenly it appears at draft online, but hell...

i was playing fut champions, i was 10-3 and i was close to get my personal record,

i got this bug in the last 2 matches!!!

wake up ea, we dont like to waste our time with stuff like this, i wanted to recover my state to 10-3 and wanted to play again these 2 bugged matches...
