Heavy online gameplay
To the EA SPORTS FC Technical Team,
I am writing to report heavy and unresponsive online gameplay in EA SPORTS FC 26.
My in game Connection Quality Report shows a score of 93 with packet loss 0.03 and jitter 0.1 milliseconds. Despite these values the gameplay feels delayed and heavy with clear input lag.
Friends playing on the same platform and in the same region experience smooth gameplay while the issue affects only my account. This indicates a possible account routing or server synchronization issue rather than a local network problem.
I have restarted my router used a wired connection and cleared the console cache. The issue persists.
Please investigate my connection and server routing as the game is currently unplayable in competitive modes.
