Hidden injury glitch ultimate team affecting performance!

I noticed recently my Cherki evo has been playing a bit strange, suddenly clunky despite high stats. I was looking at the companion app at his stats and noticed he’s listed as having an injury despite me not being able to apply a consumable! My other players have no injuries and are playing fine! EA please check, this happened a few years back too!
