High Ping Spikes

I have been experiencing ping spikes for about a week now in all Ultimate Team online modes that make the game feel nearly unplayable. I originally thought it was my connection, but after multiple tests and playing other games, I've determined that it's only an issue I'm experiencing in EA FC 26. I'm not entirely sure what to do about it anymore. Im on PS5 and in the NA region btw.
