I cannot claim season pass rewards

I just bought the pass and I started claiming my rewards, until level 20, since that level I can´t claim the "Premium" reward. I attached a photo that I already accomplished until level 22, but I can´t claim the "premium" rewards since level 20.

Somebody had something? My account name is from PC: SamuClaros
