No, EA customer service told me that was a penalty for my account. What a stupid idea ?? Penalty? For what? I think they cannot fix it and imagine some stupid explanations.
I reinstalled FC24 yesterday. I checked my friends list and I can see myself without any problems. However, I can't see myself in FC26.
