I haven't received my level 29 season rewards

I have reached level 29 on current season but when I claimed for the rewards, it gave me the choice of the 3 packs  (on both regular and paid season) and after I choose the reward, the packs were not in the store. When I went back to the season it looked like I hadn't claimed the rewards. I did it several times and now it show as claimed but I never got the packs.
