If you truly care about your passionate players read this

Dear EA Support,

I’ve been playing FIFA/EA FC since I was a kid, and I truly love this game. But for years now, my pack luck has been unbelievably bad. I’ve changed accounts multiple times hoping for better luck, yet nothing changes. I constantly face teams far stronger than mine, which makes it feel unfair and discouraging.

I even bought the Ultimate Edition this year, spending $100, and it breaks my heart to regret that purchase. Please, I’m begging you — increase my pack luck a little so I can compete and enjoy the game I’ve loved my whole life. I just want a fair chance and some hope again.
