Issue During FUT Champions Match Loss of Control Settings Reset and Game Freeze

I am submitting a complaint regarding a serious technical issue during a FUT Champions match in FC 26.

The match was tied 3–3 and went into extra time. At the start of the additional half, the game suddenly glitched and I lost all control of my players for a long period. I attempted multiple actions, including trying different buttons, resetting my controller settings, and adjusting my configuration. The game automatically changed several of my controls, such as switching sprint from L3 to the D-pad and altering other custom settings.

When the first extra-time half ended, the match froze and did not allow me to continue, adjust settings, or return to gameplay. This directly affected my FUT Champions result.

My network connection and console were fully stable and functioning normally at the time of the match. The issue was entirely game-related.

I request that this incident be investigated, and that appropriate compensation or match correction be provided. I also have video evidence of the glitch if needed.
