Issue from our end

I cant enter the game. one afternoon i was playing the game, then later at evening when i tried to start the game, the game didnt open and showed "issue from our end, try again later", but it never got solved. i tried every possible way to fix this, but still no solution, tried deleting the app cache, then opened it but no luck, uninstalled and then installed it but still cant play. what to do?
