issue with Webapp There was a problem connecting to the EA Account Servers.

Hi guys no matter what i try, my webapp is not working when i log into the ea website with my details it works fine however every time i try logging into the web app it loads as if the log in worked and then i get the same error every time "There was a problem connecting to the EA Account Servers. Please check your internet connection and try again." Any idea on how to fix this, i cant find anything online its been like this for 3+ weeks.
