Keeper leaves the pitch, players get stuck

Hi my username is Mputu55 and I witnessed this bug on the 10th of April. 
i also got this error code: CE-108255-1.

I noticed that whenever i start my seasons match, my goalkeeper leaves his post and either comes to the midfield or leaves the pitch. 

my players also get stuck and do not move. What can we do about this glitch because it is affecting my seasons.

When I pause the game and try to see if I can change the players. I see the attached picture as an error log. 

I will like you guys to look into this issue
