Keyboard and Controller Issue in Online Matches
Hello EA,
I have been purchasing the FC series for many years, even pre-ordering it. This year, after pre-ordering, I planned to use FC to generate income, but the game’s issues have prevented that, and I have suffered a loss.
One of the major problems that caused this loss is related to the controller. When I play online matches, my controller disconnects in the middle of the game, while in offline mode I don’t face this problem at all. This issue is not only affecting me but also many other players.
I should also mention that I did not face this issue in FC25 and could play without any problems. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I have experienced a financial loss with this year’s game.
Please advise me on how this issue can be resolved.
