keyboard not working

i purchased fc 26 few days back, on winter sale. and after purchasing i set up my controls in keyboard, i play in keyboard. then to get the hang of the new game play, i played few training sessions and some matches against ai, i explored the game, then after getting hang of it, i went to play division rivals, and there my keyboard didnt even work for a single second! and it persists for each and every online game modes. 

i didn't bought this game for 1599 to play career mode only. and because i opened this useless fc 26 for more than 2 hours, steam refused to refund the money. i told them the entire scenario, but they are like you opened the game for more than 2 hours, even its 1 day, WE WILL NOT REFUND 

And by knowing team of fifa and its developers for these many years, i know they cant fix this. and even if they can, they wont, because they are busy creating next [Edit - CM] FC 27, which will not be playable also. but they will charge almost 6k for the ultimate edition.

its 2026 , and still this devs cant even create a game where both keyboard and controller supports.
and now i am stuck with this useless game, that i bought for 1599, just to play career mode or play vs AI in keyboard.
