Kit Errors

There are many teams, throughout several leagues that have incorrect kits, specifically kit number and name font(s) and colours. Examples have seemingly been reported across several other forum posts but, as yet nothing seems to have been amended. Examples I have noted are Tottenham Hotspur's 3rd (yellow) kit having a navy blue player name font colour, this should be yellow. It took me less than 1 minute to Google this to confirm, how do you miss things like this in a company your size? You advertise the game as being authentic and faithful to real life etc. but can't get simple things like kits and kit colours correct!?

How does the game get released like this, and more to the point, after several months of updates & many reports of these issues does nothing get fixed?
