Lag Issue. Game is unplayable

There is an incredible lag issue in the game, and unfortunately I have no chance to compete with my opponent. The game is inconsistent from one day to the next, but most of the time I experience heavy lag. I don’t think this problem can be fixed anymore. You say that you are listening to us, but there is no sign that you actually listen or fix anything. I don’t remember there being this much lag in previous years. Because of the lag, I don’t even have the chance to play the game the way I want—runs, passes, tackles, in short, nothing happens the way it should.
