Latest update broke Manager Career Youth Scouting

This is the youth report for my GK scout: all stat estimations for the player are `1-99`. Potential estimation doesn't seem to be affected, though. 

My 4-star Judgement coach is returning some GK players where they have no idea what the stat summary is. 

Steps to replicate:

  1. Send a scout out for GK. I sent mine to Republic of Ireland, but I'm assuming the nationality is not a contributing factor here. 
  2. Wait for the scout to create a monthly report and open it.

Expected behaviour: I expect to see the summary of the youth player before I sign them

Actual behaviour: The skill summaries are completely broken - showing "1-99" or even just "??" for everything.

    The players stats from youth scouts search on career mode is broken, shows only 1-99 for all statistics

    After updating to Title Update 1.5.2, I started a brand new Manager Career save on PC Steam.However, all youth academy players and scout reports still show completely random attributes from 1 to 99, instead of the normal 50-75 range.

    I have:

    • Verified game files on Steam
    • Deleted old saves and cache
    • Started a completely fresh career
    • No mods, no cheat tools, no edited files

    The youth academy 1-99 bug is still not fixed in TU1.5.2 even for new saves.Please fix this issue urgently as Career Mode is unplayable.

    I’ve fired and hired a youth scout and, for some reason, all of my scout reports have the summary stats 1-99 on every single youth player. Is there anything I can do to rid myself of this glitch. 

    This is glitch has been going on for around a month and bit for me and it hasn’t changed. Can some staff help me
