Live Events Gamepad Bug

Whileplaying any of the Live events the game starts with the gamepad not regestering and only keyboard is responsive. Tried unpluging both and plugging back in does not work had to Alt+F4.
Fed up of this bug as it has been happening since Fc26 has launched and every update brings it back. What annoys me more is it registers me as quitting and forfitting and i lose a Live event ticket! this needs to be fixed!!
