Loading Screen Freezing

I am attempting to play the 10 hour EA play trial of FC 26 on Xbox Series X that comes with my game pass ultimate subscription. After hitting “let’s play” and connecting to the EA servers and downloading updates, it gets stuck on the blue and green page that I attached. I confirmed that my trial has not expired, as I am able to play the FC 26 trial on the Xbox app on my PC with the same Xbox and EA accounts.

This may not be important, but for background - I originally downloaded the free showcase version on accident before downloading the correct full version of the trial. This led to Xbox support revoking the free showcase license so I could download and launch the correct full version of the game via the trial.
