Lombardia FC (Inter Milan) Career Error

I wanted to start a new career with Inter Milan in FC 26 Career Mode today, but whenever I tried to move players to different positions—whether on the bench, in the starting XI, or in the reserves—they would just snap back to their original positions. Also, the game crashes whenever I try to access the Team Hub or make a transfer. The strange thing is that this problem only happens with Inter Milan; the game runs perfectly fine with all other clubs. I hope you can fix this bug.
