Losing all games due disconnect

Same thing happened to me in champs, haven’t heard back

dont expect to, they do not care about the consumer.  theres a reason all the customer service is automated now.  THEY DO NOT CARE

Do you have any news? Every time I went to evo tournament it happens. Last time, I received a message saying my opponent abandoned the game, then he won 3-0 and went to semi finals. What time of hack you guys can’t find? We spent money on that, and you can’t find the problems! Find the hackers, punish them, and compensate us that are losing without playing and spending entries 

Thank you. That's a pretty low score with a high amount of packet loss.  Most likely due to being on a wireless connection. That would be causing the disconnects/lag. Glad to hear it's working now, but I recommend you switch to a wired connection. That should help a lot.

But sorry you’re not right, it’s an hack, not my connection, you can google a little bit and find people selling ways to win with the same hack I’m experiencing. It came back with the new challenge yesterday! I know your job is to blame us, but not always! Im a FTTH engineer in an ISP, I know a little bit about networks, I can see when it comes from a packet loss/jitter or ddos attack, since my job is configuring/testing ONTs and this type of attacks 

It's not my job to blame you. My goal here is to help get you playing again. When we have the vast majority of people playing without issue and we are seeing no problems with our servers at the moment, we need to troubleshoot the connection. Your test shows there are problems with your connection. That's not on our end or everyone would be having the same issue. What you're facing is extremely common on wireless connections.

Vast majority? You’re not right once again. There are a lot of people complaining about these hacks. We’re only asking for you guys to ban people that do this. My “problems” as you said, only happens in the tournaments, because people see good prices and start doing hacks. It NEVER happened in rivals or champions, NEVER. Only in the tournaments. How can you say that’s my network if it only happens in a particular challenge? As you can see in this post, there are a lot of people complaining about the same issue. Once again, it’s not common on wireless connection, never had this problem in previous fifa or fc, just in this one, and in this particular challenge. It tried wireless and wired, multiple HFC and FTTH CPEs, it never happened, just in this particular challenge!

By the way, how can you explain that I enter the game, it’s says my opponent quit the game, and at the end I lose it for 3-0 and he kept going to the semifinal? It’s my network one again right? It makes no sense.

Again, your test shows that you're on a wireless connection. Changes are great that's the reason for disconnecting. Try using a wire to see if there's a difference.
