LTP Training Centre kicks to xbox menu after trying to start a game/training

This is on the Xbox Series X. LTP = Learn To Play. I'm trying to do the literal tutorial and it kicks me to the main xbox menu. I've tried leaving my xbox off for a while, deleting the save data, deleting and installing the game again, going offline, changing the mac address, removing my profile and adding it again to the console, and even going to EA support to see if it was something to do with my account. Nothing has worked. Only time I got it to work on my console was using an alt account on the console and it all worked fine but switching back to my main account and it still crashes. The game is updated the console is updated it just doesn't work for my account on this xbox. I tried playing the Xbox one version on my Xbox one same account and that seemed to work. I'm out of options for something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
