Make your idol attacker 3 bug

Hello I have put an evo cosmetic on my make your idol attack son after completing the make your idol number 2 so he has full chemistry to everyone but now I’ve encountered a bug where I now can’t submit him in the make your idol - attacker 3 evo to finish the chain to make him 92  and it finishes soon so I need it fixing or ea to put my 89 son into the evo make your idol attacker 3 for me as I’ve spent lots of money on this game and hours into the game to unlock everything in the season pass and now I have a bug it has ruined my experience big time please help
