Management Career: Unnoticed Messages, Weird Transfers.
Back again with another couple bugs.
In management career mode, players randomly decide that they would like to renew their contract. This is fine, as long as you get a notice.
However, unlike in past EA FC & FIFA titles, these messages will no longer be highlighted when they get sent by a player, meaning you have to actively look into the "messages" tab every couple days to check if one of your players is unhappy.
Even worse is the fact that these messages sometimes even pop up after you've played a game, and then they express their frustration that their message (that just got sent that day) did not get noticed and acted upon. Furthermore, they lose happiness and are automatically willing to transfer away.
This makes no sense, and I don't get why this is broken. Also, sometimes players do this twice in quick succession, meaning you can't renew the contract terms they've just freshly agreed to. This just happened to me, and now I have to sell the player. It even hurts my approval rating as a manager, because the club will message you and tell you to satisfy the needs of your players - that are totally unreasonable in the first place or even impossible (as just described) to fulfill.
In said scenario, my player got put on the transfer list, and I had to look out for clubs to buy him. I got an offer, which I was unable to click. It said "pending", as if I had already sent a response. This meant that I couldn't react to the offer, and it seemed as if it was already agreed by me.
However, I got a message a couple days later saying that that club is "very disappointed" that I "have not given them a response within a reasonable amount of time". This again happened to the same player afterwards with a different offer. I can - quintessentially - not sell him nor renew his contract, and I am forced to let my ~60 million € player go without any gain.
Please fix your career mode. It should not be that broken. Thanks.
