Manager Career – Sacked despite winning league + black screen

Description of the issue:
I am experiencing a serious and reproducible bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 Manager Career Mode on Xbox Series X.
During the season I won both the domestic league and the domestic cup.
The board objective related to winning the league is clearly shown in the Objectives section as completed.
However, on 24 May, at the end-of-season evaluation, the board sacks me and the dismissal message incorrectly states that I failed to win the league.
This is factually incorrect because:
- I won the league.
- The league objective is displayed as completed in the Board Objectives section.
- I also won the domestic cup.
- There are no other visible minor objectives explaining the dismissal.
After being sacked, the game forces me to choose another available club.
After accepting a job with a new club, another bug occurs.
The game plays a trophy / championship bus parade cutscene using the new club, even though that club did not win the league or the trophies that I won with my previous team.
After this incorrect parade cutscene finishes, the screen becomes completely black.
The game does not return to the Career Mode menus and the save becomes impossible to continue.
The black screen remains indefinitely.
This happens regardless of which new club I choose.
Therefore, the issue appears to be a sequence of connected bugs:
- The game incorrectly evaluates a completed league objective as failed.
- The manager is incorrectly sacked despite having won the league.
- After joining another club, the game incorrectly transfers the championship celebration / bus parade cutscene to the new club.
- After the parade, Career Mode enters a permanent black screen.
- The Career save can no longer be continued normally.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start or load a Manager Career Mode save.
- Win the domestic league.
- Check Board Objectives and confirm that the objective to win the league is marked as completed.
- In my case, I also won the domestic cup.
- Advance to the end-of-season board evaluation on 24 May.
- The board incorrectly sacks the manager and states that the league was not won.
- Choose any available new club after being dismissed.
- Accept the new job.
- The game plays the introduction to the new club.
- A championship / trophy bus parade cutscene then plays with the new club, even though the trophies were won with the previous team.
- After the parade finishes, the screen becomes permanently black.
- Career Mode cannot be continued.
Expected result:
The manager should NOT be sacked for failing to win the league when the league has actually been won and the related Board Objective is marked as completed.
If a manager changes club after dismissal, the new club should also not play the previous club’s championship celebration / trophy parade.
After accepting a new job, Career Mode should continue normally without a permanent black screen.
Actual result:
The game incorrectly sacks the manager for failing a league objective that is already completed.
After joining another club, the wrong championship parade is shown with the new club and the game then enters a permanent black screen.
Frequency:
100% reproducible on this Career save.
Reloading the save and repeating the process produces the same result.
Choosing a different new club does not solve the problem.
Important additional information:
The most important part of this issue is that the game itself confirms in the Board Objectives screen that the league objective has been successfully completed.
Despite this, the end-of-season dismissal message says that the league was not won.
This strongly suggests that the end-of-season board evaluation is reading an incorrect or outdated objective state.
The incorrect trophy parade with the new club may also indicate that the game is carrying over the previous club’s end-of-season celebration state after the dismissal.
The permanent black screen appears immediately after this incorrect cutscene sequence.
What I would like EA to investigate:
Please investigate the end-of-season Board Objective evaluation in Manager Career Mode, especially cases where a league-winning objective is displayed as completed but is later treated as failed.
Please also investigate the transition after a manager is dismissed and joins another club, because the championship parade from the previous club appears to be incorrectly triggered for the new club and then causes a permanent black screen.
This bug effectively makes the Career save unplayable and can result in the loss of a long-term Manager Career.
