Manager Career: Can't Change Youth Line Up/Sub

Hi,

In Manager Career mode, I can't change the youth team line-up before each youth tournament game or make substitutes during the game.

Moreover, during the game, when I try to do a substitute, I can't exit the substitution screen back into the pause menu and back into the game, and I'm stuck in the substitution screen.  

In the substitution or lineup screen, I can choose a player to substitute (shows the circle with the two rolling arrows), but when I choose the player to replace, nothing happens. The same happens in-game or off-game, but in-game, I can't exit this screen and am stuck, unable to continue playing. 

With that bug, I'm unable to change my default starting five youth players.

Please help and fix this
