Manager Career Live Restrictions not lifting after opting to remove

Started a Manager Live career mode with the ‘Off to a Flyer’ set of objectives. Once I completed the objectives it gave me the option to remove the objectives, which I selected and actioned. The restrictions have now gone from my Manager Live Hub, however the restrictions are still applied in my save, with no way of removing them.

    same issue, continued game after completing the challenge, but restrictions stayed on even after lifting it! i hope EA resolves this quickly.
