Manager career match sim causing game crash post match

I have been experiencing this bug since the entirety of FC 25, when I sim matches on manager career I will get to the final whistle and upon advancing into the main screen after a game the game will give me an error report code and I will have to restart the game, losing my progress which can get very frustrating especially after getting past an important game. This happens every now and then not after every game but in FC 25 this would occur at least once every time I loaded up the game in a day, and this has already happened to me again in FC 26. It is only the match sim where this seems to happen and if I play or go in tactical view this will not occur. It also does not happen if I quick sim but only if I simulate whole games or jump to sim. I would appreciate if this could be corrected. This is on PS5 versions of FC 26 and 25.
