Manager Career Mode

A number of issues that I've noticed here.

Firstly, in the youth academy whenever I try and play the tournament matches it bugs out my audio and causes me to have no commentary or stadium ambience audio for the tournament matches and any other matches I play, whether in career mode or not.

Secondly, every time I try to put a development plan on my players in career mode the game crashes. This happens mainly when I want to change the position of the player. It happens with my youth players most of the time but sometimes my first team players get affected too.

Thirdly, please just fix the game. For the longest time I haven't had any cutscene audio either so please, I beg....just fix the game.
