Manager career

Problem with the opening of Manager Career Mode 

Hello, i have an Xbox Series X and i cant open my previous manager career, so it shows that i have to press the A to expand manager career but it doesnt work so i can only make new career always, but i cannot open the previous one. How can I solve this?
