MARKET BUG ON BID VIA PHONE APP

Hello, 

I tried to bid on a player for 242.000. At the same time another player bid on the same player for 1.242.000 coins. The result?? I bidded for 1.242.000 without getting any notification on the phone app that the price changed and i lost over 1million coins on this card without any reason. I asked help from support, they checked my account, everything was legit from my side as they ea helper mentioned to me ( i have all screenshoots if needed) but still nothing they can do to provide me back the 1 million lost coins.... 
I ve spent a lot of money on this game and from a bug i lost 1 millions coins. Its really frustrated.
