Match can't started after select kit on rival and champions (PS4 FAT)

The game cannot start after the kits selection process in the rival and champions modes. I waited until the available time ran out or the opponent left the lobby first. I have tried all the options in the matchmaking settings and it still didn't work. Over time, I tried more than 10 times to enter the select kit lobby to successfully start the match after pressing advance, but unfortunately, this often failed and wasted a lot of time.
