Menu lag and error message

It’s been happening for a while now, but when surfing the menus whether that’s, evos, sbc, squad building or looking through objectives. The menu will stay on a loading screen with a EAFC logo on bottom of screen for a long duration of time, after it’s loaded it will provide me with an error message and won’t work. I’ve tried everything ea support have provided me and am still facing the issue. Quite frustrating cause I can’t do anything
