Missing ability points on career mode

I was playing "player career" mode for the last 6 months, and recently I noticed that each time your reset your "AP" points you missed a lot of them and you literally just trow months of effort to the trash. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, I just uninstall the game and I am really disappointed, you should know better EA, you are really loosing all your players.....
