Missing Coins when use Companion App

This is the second time i’ve yet to receive my coins when using the companion app/website to claim rewards. When completed squad battles on sunday, i woke up and claimed the rewards on my phone, however not only did I not recieve my coins but the rewards I got were from 3 lower ranks than my Elite 3. Second time was today, I just purchased through the app the FC Hub Pass and I claimed all the rewards I had up until now. Some of them had coins that summed up to about 15-20k but I don’t see them neither Clubs or UT. What’s up with that???
