Missing content tool not loading

I have been trying to get onto the Missing content tool to get my draft tokens, and its just a white box. 

Same thing with the EA Connection Quality Report but that just loads forever.

THE THING IS these both load on a NEW ACCOUNT so what is wrong with my account because i wasnt having this issue last year for FC 25
