Missing SBC rewards

Hi, the 19th october i completed SBC Héro choice (Forlan, Lizzarazu,Joe Cole) and After validated the 85 squad, i was kicked frim UT and when comeback SBC is marked as Done but i didn't received rewards.

Actually the 85 squad rated pack and Héro choice is missing from my game and already asked in ea chat help and they told me to write yy pb here

Can someone help me please
