Missing SP

I’m missing 500 SP from my recent Rivals match closest to: 21st of September 12:10 CET time. The bounty said play your next match using a Team of the Week player and I used Team of the Week Bergvall. At the end of the game I did not receive my reward.

Please check the attached images to see that I failed the bounty, and what card I used both in-game (see bottom left of the screen at the 2nd image, clearly a TOTW card) and out of game. I would like my missing 500 SP.
