Multiple problems (Xbox user)

hello,
First off my EA play isn’t working there is no option for ultimate team on my Xbox. Second of all I’m trying to sign in through the companion app and Webb app it’s not working… it’s says that I can’t access ultimate team dude to authorities from my region .. I’m in Canada what is going on. Check the photo I attached on the bottom

    Any fix to this? I’m on Xbox & in the UK and I’m having the same issues

    Yea it randomly fixed like a day later . I still can’t to much on companion app . Store , sbc and transfer markets are disabled. But on the console everything works
