My ping is very high while I'm playing tournament fc point ps5

My ping is very high while I'm playing, and it's constant and doesn't move, especially when I play the FC Point tournament in every match. I don't know what the solution is. Please help.

Best thing for something like this MA7M7​ is to take a little time and go through these troubleshooting steps

If playing an important game then can be worth ensuring that you are wired and that your network isn't seeing heavy usage from others.
