No SBC confirmation screen on Web App

So bit surprised earlier, used the web App earlier, had used the SBC builder, realised I had made a mistake and had auto put the best players in SBC (including the tradeables), went to change the players in the club clicked exchange players (stupidly had misunderstood that it meant exchange for the SBC rather than swap the players with other in club).

No confirmation or any other screen just simply completed the SBC by the time I realised it was too late, should there have been a confirmation screen or some sort of warning so I knew what the exchange players meant? 

Bit gutted as now no tradeables pre-launch :(
