No whistle glitch

Since the latest update yesterday I've re encountered an old problem that was seemingly previously patched the referees whilstle noise isn't present when a foul is given and at halftime it'd delayed slightly till your on the halftime menu  and at full time there's a strange added noise after the whistle blows that I can't quite describe  other than a loud woosh with metallic menu noises
