Not awarded wins when opponent disconnects

One of the claims made when promoting the new game was that you'd fixed this issue. However, it is just as bad as it's ever been. You cannot use cross-play when playing Seasons, as if your opponent disconnects while you're winning the match isn't registered and you are not given the win. You can usually get around this by turning off cross-play but I've just experienced it regardless, playing against someone on the same console (Xbox Series X). This issue should be addressed above all others, as it makes the game unplayable.

There has also been a bug in Clubs where an error message constantly states there are too many players playing in the same position in the lobby. You have to go out of the lobby and back in again to play. Sometimes several times. The positions are also written in code format, which is clearly an error.

You've just added an additional signature PlayStyle to my Magician archetype. But it's a duplicate. So I now have 2 x Finesse Shot+ signature PlayStyles.

Cross-play has been available for years and you still cannot use it.

EA makes so much money from this game, it is inexcusable to have to experience some of these issues. Some of them are so overt it makes you wonder if anyone at EA actually plays the game.

I read the update reports sometimes and much of it is about tweaking the in-game player activity. Sort the functional issues of the game out first.
