Not being able to access EA FC HUB in FUT

Hello Team,

I have not been able to access the EA FC HUB in the FUT for almost 3 weeks, losing progress and rewards while being able to play in any mode within the FUT. 
I've been with the customer support for 2,3 days online, they've been just providing answers with solution, some of them were just leaving the chats in the middle of everything and etc... 
I've also went through their troubleshooting steps and it didn;t help out. Pressing R3 on joystick does nothing while in the web fut companion app it's disabled, screenshots attached.

Can you please help on this matter?
