Not loading into RIVALS OR CHAMPS

Since yesterday there has been a bug in rivals . Where I get to play one game , and I win , and then I try to play the next game and try to achieve elite division but the game wouldn’t load( even if I wait for an hour) . Then it would show that there was a disconnection and take away my progress. I could play live events but it is fully bugged where I can’t even see my screen due to some glitch ( but managed to win due to minimap) . No problem in rush at all today , live events also was fine, until I got into champs. Where I went for my first game and obviously the same issue as with rivals, only this time I couldn’t even play a single game ( I only tried once obviously) . And now I have lost that game due to “disconnected “ . I tried playing rivals just to see if it’s affecting that as well, and yes it was, like yesterday I couldn’t even play a single game. I then closed the game , restarted my PC , and then tried rivals again . 3 times I did this process only to lose my progress again and again . And one of my champions game is also gone just like that. ( yes I know I’m not a week in week out rank 1 finisher , I have managed to finish it once, get at least rank 3 and 4 consecutively, if I lose that one game in hand , where each game is crucial to get better rewards, what can I do? ) pls do smth about this EA. 🙏
