Objectives Menu Freezing

Hi 

On PC, whenever I try to access the FC season ladder via the Objectives menu, the game freezes. All I get is an empty screen title FC Loyalty, with the same objectives menu items listed horizontally at the top (i.e FC Season, Seasonal Objectives, UT Objectives, Manager Objectives, etc). None of the buttons work, and the only way out is to close down the game window and restart the game. 

I can still access the season ladder using the "BACK" button on my xbox controller, but sometimes I forget about this bug and it's frustrating having to keep shutting down the game every few minutes.

    I have the exact same issue, it has been like it for months. I have to use the companion app to claim rewards.

    Been like this for me for at least a month on my XBOX. FC Seson ladder, Season, UT, Manager, player, etc just gives a blank screen! And now the new season has begun. I'm sick of the bugs. Instead of constantly adding new features, how about selling a product that has some functional integrity first. HEY EA, fix this or I'm done. - FC Founding Member

    Been happening to me every day for the last 1 or 2 seasons.

    Side note: Everything about the menu in this game needs to be fixed, its so cluttered with menus and sub-menus. How hard can it be to design a working UI that is easy to use? A complete nightmare for new players as well.
