Ongoing Issue With Missing Points in FC26 Seasons Due to Opponent Quitting

I’m contacting you because FC26 Seasons is repeatedly failing to award points when opponents quit mid-match. I’m winning the game, the opponent disconnects, and I receive nothing, no points, no win, no progression.

This has happened multiple times, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. Players put time, effort, and focus into these matches, and a bug on your side completely kills the momentum and wastes our time.

A competitive mode should NEVER punish the player who is winning. The system should automatically award the win when the opponent quits, yet it’s not happening.

I need you to review my match history immediately, correct the missing points, and escalate this issue as a priority. This is a core gameplay problem and it ruins the experience for players who take the mode seriously.
